Before setting up Ambrosini Professional Placements in 2001, Caroline gained nearly ten years experience in senior financial roles with companies such AS J P Morgan and Rio Tinto, in Perth, Melbourne and New York. In addition to this, Caroline has also completed Australian CPA and New York MBA qualifications. She was awarded a Business News 40 under 40 award in 2005, and has been a key contributor to the raising of a total of $20 million dollars in 2007 to help build the St John of God Comprehensive Cancer Centre. Caroline is also regularly quoted in industry publications, and has presented to over 200 people at a lunchbox list professionals presentation. Caroline loves convertible sports cars, being a mum AND Managing Director, and playing the piano (quite poorly).
